Secret ally I'm guessing.  Either the goddess Circe (who is a long time Wonder Woman villain) or, since I've used her in a picture before (well, 2...but that was possibly a little too racy for DevArt so DBoD didn't post it) Atomica tied them up to her fur.

Yes.  She's the Earth-3 Atom (Earth-3 basically can be summed up as "Heroes are Villains and Vice Versa").

In the comics she was a double agent for a while, and was killed when Lex Luthor messed with her size belt, keeping her stuck tiny, and stepped on her.

Ah ok. I never been a comic fan, but i do know some dc characters beside the obvious ones like batman or superman. So hearing characters like Atomica is just someone i never heard before.
