I drew this a while ago! It came out as a sketch at first... and so I decided not to upload it because I had intended to seriously color this one. But I'll just post the WIP anyway.So it's Jack Frost and Periwinkle from Tinkerbell's "Secret of the Wings". Oh my gosh it's the cutest thing and they'd be the cutest duo ever. kdjasd

seeing that the girl is a fairy not like the tooth fairy and its flowering even in a cold situation she must be the spirit of spring

Ah actually, Periwinkle is actually a Winter fairy. The reason why I added flowers, periwinkles and snow drops, is because it relates to their back story. In the original story, Jack frost was associated with flowers called 'snow drops'--however I kind of tweaked it for the sake of design.
