Sometimes, the ones we love are right beside us. We just don't know it until they are gone. Okay, Jack isn't really going to be gone but still. It turns out, Rapunzel wasn't in love with Eugene as she thought she was. Reason why she went for him is because she didn't think Jack would actually love her that way. The two have been friends since they were little. Jack was in love with her that whole time. He just never showed it because like her, he didn't think she would love him that way. Due to his natural charm, gentle ways yet mischievous demeanor, and handsome outlook, Jack would get a lot of love letters and girls (possibly a couple of guys ) hitting on him. But he always turned them down. Rapunzel however would get jealous and she tried not to show it. When Eugene came into the picture, she did find him attractive yes. And she was willing to date him. But in the end, after he turned her down, she is surprised to know she isn't as upset as she thought she was going to be. Merida certainly made a point on why. It was Jack she had loved all along. Thinking back on how he has always been there for her as well as watching him grow from a cute little boy who loved to play with her to a handsome sweet young man. Now she has to catch Jack before he leaves.

I feel this is my favorite out of the pages. I loved how I drew everyone in this. Especially the Jacks I drew in the fourth panel and having Rapunzel recall why she fell for him. Also, the backgrounds are not so bad. I certainly have drawn a whole lot worst. Also, drawing Rapunzel's foot in the eighth panel came out great. I normally am not good at drawing feet and I didn't even sketch it originally. I just guessed and it paid off. I am really proud of that. XD
