So after a night on the town, Dillon the duck and Barry the charmander retired to the local bar for further merriments! Eventually they got UBER drunk after 6 double shots guzzled in 10 minutes... EACH!
Being the intoxicated genius architects they are, they stacked up their shot glasses into a colourful tower on top of a barstool.

"Say Barry, baritone... barrytarrrysexiphone! I have an idea, stick your paws through these stool legs, if you wobble and knock the tower off, you come back to my dungeon and we can build some ticklish bridges of our own! If you succeed in keeping it stable however, I will willing submit myself as your personal slave and tickle toy for a week!"

Barry Balanced a final shot glass full of vodka on top of the tower, it swayed slightly. He looked past it and admired the ducks spirit.

"Hah! *burp* you know Dilly, I have been tickled plenty before, I think I can handle it, *hic* you are Sooooo gonna lose this bet, besides, your drunk, you propably can't tickle for crap". He began slipping his paws between the stool legs, it was a fairly tight fit.

*Dillon raised brow and a sly grin crept across his beak*

"Poor naiive Barry, I hope your capacity for tickling is greater than your capacity for alcohol, because i'm going to tickle you one hour for every shot glass you knock over".

Barry wriggled into position, his rump felt cold on the floor, he was aware that the room was slightly musty..his toes scraped against the underside of the stool. He gulped as a bead of sweat rolled past his brow down his neck, then giggled as it swept over his chest, Barry was confused as to how sensitive he had become after all those shots.

Dillon Smirked proudly, glancing at an almost-empty vial of "sensitivity enhancer" that stood by an open bottle of vodka.

"...Don't be so sensitive Barry, it's just a game", he took his two feather fingers and dragged them up and down the smooth ticklish sole of the howling charmander.
