Surreal fits it well.
I really like the hue and how you've post-processed this piece to make it more surreal, like.
The longer shutter speed creates a good effect with both the sky and the water. It also feels as if we're zooming in a bit as well? I think that adds to the atmosphere and all.
I'm not too sure about the framing... part of me feels that you could have captured more water, but... eh.
Not bad, all in all.
