This is very cute! I like the pose and how you drew the hair,Details on clothes and the shading.
However,Despite the character looks very toon-ish,The hair really looks too detail which doesn't really connects itself with how you draw the character.
If you do it in Semi-Realistic,The hair would be connected and appropriate for the drawing style ^w^
Also,I do think you should add more Skeleton features/Bones since it looks like it has the head of a Skeleton and yet the arms looks like human's which looks kinda awkward.
Again,Cute picture and you just got yourself a watch ;3
