*Bio*

One of the twin sons of federally employed energy researches, Justin's powers are the result of his parents long exposure to intense, exotic energy fields.

After their parents were killed in a lab accident Justin and Will lived with their grandparents. Insurance settlements saw to the boys education but little else.

Both were excellent students and fast learners, but where Will was responsible and thoughtful, Justin was wild and reckless.

When their powers manifested the brothers each saw a different opportunity. Will saw the chance to help make the world a better place, Justin saw the chance to have whatever he wanted.

Now both are in Angel Falls, it is only a matter of time before their paths cross.
