This will definitely be useful for over-night renderings.
And rendering lots of different versions of the same render I guess, for comparison in proper detail.
Heh, I can think of quite a few uses really, so awesome work, and a !

I hope you like it.. even if you don't do the render portion of it, the script makes it easy to organize your flames
Good luck

Ohhhh now I am even more curious. I still have 100 deviations to view but when I am done with that I want to run your script to see how it works Thanks a lot!

After reading your above comment, this is not what I thought it was. I need the flame 3 file to be able to render a .png to disk on a transparent background. Someone tried to explain how to install it, but it didn't make any sense, plus I have lost the flame 3 file. Hopefully, maybe you could tell me what to do.

that may have been true in an older version of Apo but the newer betas do not have a problem rendering transparent backgrounds. Just make sure your options are set for transparent
Good luck!

oh this is so cool! i was just now getting a little pissy because i couldn't render more than one flame at a time, this will work perfectly
one question though...
all of my render settings are pretty much always the same, except for width and height.. those vary with each flame..
just so i get it right, i can't set that individually, right? i have to use the same settings for the entire batch?

I hope you can find a use for it. At the very least it is nice for reorganizing your flames.
Unfortunately you are correct about it being for one size images but I could possibly look into taking those lines out and letting it render at whatever size the flame was saved at.
OK...can you stop moving when I try to talk to you!!

I'm sorry, I don't understand how to use this or what it is for (beyond use in apophysis)

No problem! This script will render every flame that you have opened in Apophysis. For instsnace if you have been saving your flames to a single file, you can open that file in Apophysis and have it render everything (great for rendering overnight).
You will be asked to provide a set of parameters for your images (length, height, quality, filter rad, oversample, file type & Prefix name)
When it is done all the images from that session will be in one location with similar names (ex: flamename-1.jpg, flamename-2.jpg) plus it will also save a new .flame file with all the flames renamed. currently all the images appear in the Apophysis directory as I have not made provisions for them to be placed elsewhere.
If you have anyother ?'s lemme know
Good Luck!
