... unless you show me your ticket to the train!Meet Ekyandar, dragon who guards Ekaterinoslav train station. To say clearly, he guarded it. Ekaterinoslav was renamed to Dnipropetrovsk (awful long name), town I live in right now.
This train station had been destroyed during 2nd World war and was rebuilt with stupid uninteresting soviet design.
What happenned with Ekyandar I don't know. He disliked new building and left his usual workplace forever.

"Ты не пройдёшь! ... Пока не предъявишь билет!" - так встречает своих посетителей жизнерадостный страж вокзала в дореволюционном Екатеринославе, который по-прежнему продолжает существовать в одном параллельном мире.
Наш герой - большой, но не страшный, красный дракон. Он работает без передыху, гордо восседая на крыше одной из башен и объявляет о прибытии поездов на платформы. Также в его обязанности входит отлов безбилетников. Оплату он не берёт, однако забирает себе всю обнаруженную контрабанду на хранение.
Временами он скучает, поглядывая на пустую крышу соседской башни в надежде встретить, наконец, свою вторую половинку.

"You shall not pass! ... Until you show me your ticket!" - that's how resilient guard of train station meets his visitors in pre-revolutionary Ekaterinoslav, that still exist in one parallel world.
Our character is big, but not scary, red dragon. He works without rest, proudly sitting on the roof of one of two towers and announces about train arrivals and departs. Also his responsibilities include catching stowaways. He doesn't take a salary for his work, but confiscates all revealed smuggling for storage.
Sometimes he feels lonely while looking to the empty roof of tower next to him, hoping to meet a soul mate someday.
