Quacker Jack
Species: Duck
Skills: Technological Expertise, Hand-to-hand Combat
Arsenal: Miscellaneous toy-based weaponry
Background: He was once a toymaker who was run out of business after the "Whiffle Boy" video game market expanded. Understandably, he has a particular hatred of "Whiffle Boy" video games and toys. He became a supervillain who robbed banks to get money to fund his toymaking ventures and uses his toys to aid him for his crimes in most episodes. However, he's a genius who has built many successful toys. Most times Quacker Jack works alone, but he has been known to team up with Megavolt, and was a member of the Fearsome Five. Eventually he and the remaining members of the Fearsome Five were caught and imprisoned. Eighteen years later, Quacker Jack, Megavolt, Bushroot, and Liquidator still remain imprisoned. Quacker Jack seems unaffected by confinement, presumably due to his insanity. Later when Bushroot, Megavolt, and Liquidator are broken out of jail by Mr. M’s goons, Quacker Jack makes his escape during the commotion. While on the run, Quacker Jack notices a toy store and spies the amazing new types of toys that have been created during his stay in prison. However with great anger he notices the advancements in video games and decides to once again goes on his crusade against video games. He devises a plan and brings together a group of troubled adolescents, turning them into his gang, Quacker’s Kids.

I had trouble trying to alter QuackerJack's appearance. I didn't want to make him dress him in something out of character and didn't want to give him his old costume. So I altered his look to be more acrobat like than clown like and think it works. Enjoy.
