Hi!I'm new on deviant art and this is my first submission.
It's a big pixel art showing a medieval castle with some little pixel details.
It took me 70 hours of work in photoshop.

but i think the trees need ore variety.they look like shrubs.

I realize this has been up for a while, but I just came across it and had to comment. This is the first thing I've seen on devArt that made me stop and marvel. Quite an impressive piece of work! The trees are really well done. There are a few places for improvement; the water, pitchfork proportions, and windows have already been mentioned. The brickwork and perspective are very good, and for the most part proportions are consistent. I love the pigs!
The little vingettes are great; the assasins, the knight and the princess, etc. My only critique would be that there isn't quite enough going on for the size of the picture. I always think of castles as bustling busy places, more people, more people! It would make the little scenes even more fun to find amid the chaos...but that's just me.
Did you sketch this out first or work from a reference? I'm just curious.
