Probably the best pixel art scene I have ever seen. I love how bright colourful and precise it is. That fantastic border also adds a lot to it. I can feel this piece glowing with the effort you put in. Truly amazing.

Ahhh! A new spectacular pixel scene to feast my eyes upon! Excellent! Let's get started:
The Good:
-First off, the castle is spectacular, I especially like the roofs, the way the light source hits them so sharply and vividly.
-I also love all of the little details you put into this giant piece. It really makes it worth looking at, because noboy likes looking at something uniform and 'copy-pasted' style.
-Texturing on this is fabulous, it's what makes the piece. Without texturing, this would have no life. Everything is textured, so that's great.
-I love the outside frame work, it's an absolutely stunning ending kick that really adds umph to the piece.
-The seal/logo is a very nice classy touch and was pixelled excellently, and pulled off very nicely.
-All of the highlights/shadows really give this piece life. Excellent job on that as well
The Bad:
-Never save pixel art in JPEG format, because the colors get completely screwed over. Big pixel pieces over 256 colors MUST be saved as a PNG.
-In my honest opinion, the grass is ugly... it looks like some photoshop filter, it doesn't look pixelled, it doesn't look good, and it's too bright/yellow.
-The trees could use some variation, to create the illusion that you didn't copy/paste as much. Maybe some with thinner trunks, different shades, and different shape. Maybe some christmas trees.
- I dont like the water, it looks like an already-made pattern with transparency added, and it ends much too sharply.
-The transition between the path/grass is too sharp and sudden.
- Some of the lines underneath the water look shotty, and would be better off removed.
Overall, kickass work, who doesn't have flaws, It's refreshing to see a new gigantic piece that blows you away, excellent job.

THAT IS AMAZING!
I cannot believe the immense detail you've put into this, you surely deserve a favourite I don't know where to begin lol, The trees and grass looks so good especially with all that light on it, the fruit hanging from the trees and the texture of that grass. I really like the moat , that water is one of my favourite parts of this piece as well as that castle! the turrets and brick work with the light gradient going around it!! Absoutely amazing work, you should be very proud, well done

Very impressive piece - especially for a first submision!
Plenty of excellent low-colour pixel shading on the various parts that make up the whole, but more than that is the depth of the scene and all the little character involvements. From Romeo and Juliet, to the guy counting down from 10 green bottles on the wall, the guy who fell into the barrel.. I am still wondering how that chicken got up to the top of the castle, but more puzzling, is how the pig climbed up on top of the stack of crates! I love the woman in the market stall who looks like she's hitching up her dress, the pose and detail there is very good considering the size and palette. Also, the signpost is notably nice too.. good use of only a few shades, and adding interest by not sticking to the bi-directional isometric grid.
Not even content to just submit the image, you have also created a beautifully themed and pixelled border to the image - definately one of the nicest elements of the piece in my opinion, it compliments it so perfectly.
Usually on pieces like this I find faults with 'flipped' items having reversed shading, or items with missing shadows but in this piece I have found no such flaw and that just makes it even more impressive.
I'm not sure I like the 'vector-like' moat and think a semi-reflection would have been nicer on less transparent water, but it doesn't detract from the rest of the image. Likewise, I think the apples on the trees look a bit too 'stuck on top'.
I really look forward to seeing your next piece (please submit more!) as this is just superb and definately worth the DD.
