This is Keba, one of 's beautiful mermaid OCs. I wanted to draw another of her OCs because I've drawn Kake so many times, so I thought I'd mix things up a bit. Like most of her mermaids, she has a beautiful skirt attached to her tail, and is decorated in jewelry, as well as having long white hair.
