Imagine if Don Bluth didn't butt egos with Steven Spielberg, and produced one more film: All Dogs Go to Heaven.

I could imagine if the TV series and Christmas special along with the rest of MGM Animation projects never existed, and All Dogs Go to Heaven 2 was produced by Universal Cartoon Studios and released on October 14, 1997 as a direct-to-video film, and two more characters would be added in both films named Fee and Line, who are shown as cat versions of Jasper and Horace from Walt Disney's 101 Dalmatians.

Also, the sequel would take place in 1940 at New Orleans, a year after the first film, instead of present day at San Francisco. David would be replaced with Anne-Marie, although being recasted with Lacey Chabert with Burt Reynolds and Melba Moore reprising their roles as Charlie and Annabelle and Fee, Line and Killer would serve as Red's henchman. Carface would remain, but would be serious as in the first film, getting annoying by Fee, Line and Killer while working with them. Also, Charlie will never turn back into a ghost.

However, the only exceptions are the 1993 Pink Panther show, which would be instead produced by Hanna-Barbera, and the animation for the 1995 Adventures of Hyperman video game, which would be handled by Sullivan Bluth Studios.
