I thought I'd try animating this because it's entirely visual in its humour.I don't know why it took me so long to see Golbat's comic potential - what with that ridiculous mouth. I guess Golbat just needed a rival as weird as Koromori to trigger those crazy expressions.
I don't know why "Pokemon used LICK!" is a recurring theme in my comics, I just find it hilarious on so many levels, apparently.

For whatever reason, I can see Koromori reacting to every attack in the game, including gettin' the space ripped outta him by Palkia, in a similar manner.

Ahaha, it's so funny to see closed-mouth Golbat with that huge upside-down "U" mouth. Kinda reminds me of Tidyup from the old Stopit and Tidyup cartoons.

Erk I hope you don't mind a short answer, as I'm currently wearing only one contact lense and my laptop bluescreen'd during writing detailed feedback.
Golbats expressions are good, that other... thing adds to it because it keeps that smile the whole time. The pacing is great, not too fast and not too slow. However, I know that it is an experiment, I think a normal comic would've done it too. You could add more frames to make it a full blown animation and yadda yadda.
The page number in the corner is a good idea for orientation, but I think for this animation a bit redundant as I think that it's obvious where it starts and where it ends, and you aren't really lost in there even if you just started looking at it right at the middle.

I'm not really happy with this to be honest.
I like the various expressions that Golbat comes out with, but overall I'm just "Meh, what was I thinking?" about this submission.

Oh well, I guess trial and error? Rather try something new and don't be happy with the results then not trying and be angry about it later.
But, haha, I know that problem. At that point you think it's a good idea, and after you're finished you just wonder how you thought that it was a good idea in the first place.

Yeah, I'm not really happy with my comics at the moment, I think I've gotten lazy with the copy/pasting, and it's kinda boring making comics like this, even if it is faster.
I should get back into drawing more varied and interesting panels, but I have difficulty thinking up funny comic scripts lately.
Maybe I should try doing a serious manga comic soon - maybe just four or six pages. I think I'm finding it easier to come up with scripts for that kind of thing.
