Wow, this is fantstic! In opposite to the other comments the sharpness looks great on my monitor, it makes it looks so smooth in the colored fields and the sharp outlines really looks awesome, like a perfectly shot photograph! I also love the black and white approach and then having the helicopters lights as the only source of colours, it gives the scene a perfect mood for the rainy night and eerie things going on in it. The city in the back is very well done, the lights are fab. All over, amazing!! Great job!!

Very nicely done. As much as it's a very common trope to have one splash of colour in a greyscale environment, I think that the only color being the light on the copter was a very appropriate choice.
