Le GASP!! Doom actually *NAMED* a picture??
I don't *think* this should need a mature content sticker, but if you think it does, let me know and I'll hit it up with one
My original thought was to draw a picture of Misara to go with
but with Misara's own individual attitude and flair, but the picture evolved a little bit into a different outfit.
I'd still say the two go together though, especially since I feel like I was able to capture the aspect of that they have the same face. Misara here prefers to go with a sense of daring, while still maintaining a strange sort of elegance.
I'm not sure how easy it is to make out the lineart, but I assure that the lineart'll read easily ^_^;;
The picture is meant to have somewhat of a "two page spread" kind of feel, sort of like a two-page shot in a manga.
... ...Hah... Good thing I didn't post this picture before I got that troll incident earlier XD;;
I cannot deny that "sex appeal" would probably come into play with this picture, considering the subject matter xD;;;
Let me know if there's anything odd about the composition. It's easier to fix a sketch than an ink or colored pic.

This is very, very pretty~ <3 Although, I would suggest having her resting her head on something; she looks somewhat unnatural. (Especially because of shoulders-- if she's laying on her side, her shoulders would lift her head... Er, does that mnake sense? XD; )

Ok, what follows is a bit of a wall of text. Given some of your more recent journals, you seem interested in improving, trying new things and gathering feedback from your watchers. I honestly feel that comments such as "good job" do nothing to help the artist. Unfortunately, very few people on DA know how to give a good critique that doesn't sound like outright criticism...I put myself in this boat as well, but I'm going to try anyway...so if anyone reading this doesn't wanna read a (hopefully) thought out critique, then please ignore the rest of this comment and don't explody on me
Overall, the work is both cute and sexy at the same time. The smirk Misara has makes me wonder if she is waiting to spring a joke on some hapless victim or is waiting for her significant other.
Misara's tail with the ornamentation is a really nice touch as well. I have a number of characters that have tails and I often have a problem of finding something to do with that fifth limb that both seems natural and does not take away from the overall composition.
As far as Misara herself goes, I kinda-sorta agree with in that the piece looks static...but for me I think it seems ridged and more unnatural to me. Let me explain:
Some portions of the image you have done a very good job of showing that Misara is laying on her side: the arrangement of her hair all over her body and the bed as well as the way her breasts are slightly flattened under their own weight and against the bed.
But there are some parts where I am not so sure: her left leg is both in front of and shorter than the right with no indication of the knee bending to facilitate this or the piece of her robe on the right side just seems longer, but I get no impression that it is doing anything special even though its wearer is laying down(such as rolling open or pooling as fabric is wont to do).
Another thing that gets me a little is her right arm. Where is it? I think I can follow the lines and I think I see what you were trying (actually, I am fairly certain, but not 100%), but there is nothing with the surrounding areas (bed, hair, head, etc.) to do it.
I understand that this is just a sketch and that it is entirely possible that you won't move forward at all in the way of trying to finish it. But even if this is the case, I hope that you can see what it is I am talking about and use that for future pieces.

Yeah.. I'll agree with you on the leg thing, that doesn't quite make sense. Thanks for catching that XD; The top leg is probably somewhat bent actually, so it should be shorter than the bottom leg.
That's a good catch with the fabric as well. I'm not sure which side is suppose to be more representative of the length, I guess I'll decide while inking.
As far as her arms, they are concealed by the sleeves of her outfit. I've no problems with them so I'm guessing it'll probably make more sense after inking and coloring.

As far as your piece goes, I'm sure everything will make better sense when the inking and coloring is done. I mean, this is, after all, a sketch for one. For two, this is all in your head and you know what it is you're doing, you have your goals and ideas...all I can do is speculate.
Anyway, I'm glad you liked some of my ideas and, more importantly, I was able to catch some things for you so you can have a better finished piece.

Mm, I don't feel that the pose is static personally but we're all certainly entitled to our own opinions.
