Well, I don't have premium account, so I'm writing here
Firstly, overview of the photo is quite nice, apart of the right bottom corner - this square thing under the tree is strange and it's ruining whole mystic, dark idea? scenery? there.
Technique is nice for me, especially because of grain - it's type, intensity, and way of presentation on the snow. Did you use Distortion filter in Photoshop? If yes, you did good job with black colour as dominant. In my gallery you can see many works with that filter, but with white colour as dominating.
Better view of the image would be able, if you will use frame. Black one, ascetic, of white - very delicate. It would improve sort of professionality.
If I could give you stars for this work - there would be maximal amount of them. I cannot, so I'll give you just a llama badge. Just because they're cool.

thanks! i tried it with PS, right! it was a lot of work, and i was quite happy like it is, even nothing is "perfect" and there is always room to improve things. i'm using frames from time to time, but not always.
