It was one week since Nami and Nico had been captured. It was late, and the ship was quiet. Nico was asleep when she felt someone shaking her, and awoke to find Nami standing over her with her finger to her lips. “Come on Nico. We’re getting out of here. I managed to change our direction a little so we’ll pass by a little port town on the way at around dawn. We’ll steal a life boat and get out of here.”
They made their way slowly, Nami supporting Nico and trying to be as quite as she could.
They made their way up to the deck. Looking from the doorway, Nami didn’t see anyone around. “Come on Nico. We’re almost there. Just a little further.” They stepped out onto the deck. There was no one around, and the lifeboats were right there! They were gonna make it!
The sound of slow, soft clapping stopped both girls cold, and they turned around to see Hina, standing with the entire crew behind her. Hina laughed at the look on their faces.
“You two are so funny. It seems that Hina’s new equipment is acting up.” Hina became deadly serious. “Hina does not tolerate mutiny. Fullbody, the remote!” “Yes ma’am!” He handed her a remote with a large dial on it., which Hina turned with a cold smile.
The snail phone on Nami’s ear let out a sound that made it feel like her head was splitting. When it was over, she found that she was on the ground with her hands on her head, unable to remember how she got that way. She looked up to see Nico lying passed out on the ground next to her. She looked at Hina, pissed. “What did yo-ahhhhhh!!!!” She fell down again as the sound rang in her ears, making her feel like she was going to hurl and causing her to black out for a moment. She looked up again confused.
“Hina explain it to you simply so you can understand. You have two choices: Obey Hina’s orders, or Hina will make you obey her orders. Those snails will be watching you to make sure you do what you’re supposed to do. Anytime you break one of the rules it tells you or disobey an order, it will hurt you. The more you disobey, the more it will hurt. Make sure you tell your friend all this when she wakes up. Now you will hear the rules.” With that, Hina turned the dial again, and Nami instantly started to hear voices in her ear.

Now both of you, return to your quarters until Hina sends for you.”
The two girls spoke in unison. “Yes lovely captain Hina.” And the two of them hobbled off back the way they came as Nami explained what had happened, the two of them wincing in pain from short bursts of noise all the while.
“Captain Hina! What a coincidence meeting you here.”
“Ah. Petty officer Tashigi, is it not? And how is Captain Smoker?”
“He’s the same as ever. So what brings you to this town? We’re here looking for information on the Straw Hat Crew. Do know anything about them?”
“Hina recently gained a new navigation system. However, it malfunctioned shortly after Hina began using it, leading us here. Hina’s ship has been docked here for a week while we make repairs on it.  And Hina encountered your Straw Hat Pirates several weeks ago. Hina was just on her way back to her ship. Come, and she’ll tell you all about it on board.”
“Thank you Captain Hina. I really appreciate it.”
Back on board Hina’s ship, Tashigi waited in Hina’s cabin above deck while she took care of the command of her ship. Tahsigi was idly looking around the cabin when she saw something out the window that made her do a double take. It was the navigator of the Straw Hat Crew! She took off her glasses and cleaned them just to be sure. It was definitely her. She was wearing some sort of white outfit, and appeared to be bound to te deck by her ankles. Yet as Tashigi watched her, the thing that bothered her most was how she acted. She didn’t act like a prisoner, but like she was a navigator for the Navy.
“I see you’ve noticed Hina’s new Navigation system.’
“Ahh!’ Tashigi spun around to find Captain Hina standing right behind her. Not only that, but standing next to her was Nico Robin, former vice president of Baroque Works and a member of the Straw Hat Crew. She was wearing two sets of shakles on her legs, a marine cipher book handcuffed to her wrist, and a collar around her neck with the marine insignia on it. She wore a white outfit, with the leg labeled MARINE-PROPERTY, while her chest read Owned by MARINE HQ.
“Alright Hina. Just what’s going on around here/ why are there two members of the Straw hat Crew on your ship? And why are they helping you?”
Hina turned to Robin first. “go and stand by the door.” “Yes, lovely Captain Hina.”
Hina then sat in a chair by a small round table, and motioned for Tashigi to take the one opposite from her. ‘come. Sit, sit, and Hina will explain.” Tossing a look back at Nico standing by the door behind her, she sat across from Hina. After a moment of silence, she began.
“Hina received new orders directly from the World Government. Due to the recent failures of the Navy, Hina has been ordered to recruit pirates for their unique and special talents, by force, if necessary. With this in mind, Hina encountered your Straw hat Crew several weeks ago.  These two ended up on Hina’s ship, and as such, Hina…persuaded them to join. However, one week ago, they attempted to escape, and Nami altered our course, resulting in our being here. Due to this mutiny, drastic measures were required.” Hina pointed at Nico. “The snail phones the girls wear are a new type of Den Den Mushi that create painful, thought-scattering bursts of sound whenever they detect mutinous or insubordinate behavior. In addition, the snails also force the girls to obey multiple strictures in a form of code of conduct, with negative reinforcement in event of disobedience. That is what Hina told them a week ago. What she did not tell them was that this type of Den Den Mushi ingrains itself with its wearer overtime. As it does so, it’s monitoring powers increase, and it begins subtlety altering the wearer’s personality, making them more sutible for their positions and compliant with taking orders. Nmi is now our Navigation system, and Nico robin” She gestured at the girl standing by the door ‘is our cipher system. And that is what happened.”
Tashigi sat stunned for a moment before launching into a furious tirade.
‘’this is horrible! My god! What is wrong with you!/ Not even pirates deserve this! This is deplorable!  It’s sick. Sick and wrong! I refuse to have any part of this! It’s insane1”
“These are the orders that were issued. Do you have some problem with that Petty Officer?”
“Hell yes I do! You can take your orders and shove them up your ass! Captain Smoker will hear about this…this abomination!”

Tashigi had been in such a rage that she hadn’t noticed Hina’s follower sneaking up behind her until he hit her over the head, causing her to black out.
Tashigi awoke in the brig completely naked. The room was empty besides her. The door opened, and Hina walked in with a set of clothes. Tashigi looked at them, and her heart was filled with dread. They were white clothes just like Nami and Nico’s.
“So now that you’re awake, Hina can explain how this will go. We have already begun sailing several hours ago. You will either join Hina’s crew, or Hina will use her devil fruit power and throw you overboard.
Tashigi grit her teeth and snatched the uniform out of Hina’s hands. She found out that everything was latex as she started with the little piece meant to cover her sex and rear. It was tight, and snapped against her skin when she let go, making her shudder and wince a little. Following that was a top with attached gloves with spaces at the elbows. She was forced to pull it over her head, straining to fit her head through the neck hole while she fit her arms into the gloves. The last part of the outfit was a pair of long white shoes with the Navy logo on the feet, with platforms on the bottom. They were smooth, and went up her legs easily, clinging to them like a second skin.Hina then brought out a number of things made of metal, first among them being a blue see-through miniskirt with a metal belt to lock it in place. Tashigi was just glad she had at least something extra to cover herself with. “Cross your legs, with one in front and one behind.” Tashigi complied, and Hina wrapped a pair of shackles around her legs, locking one above each ankle, severely limiting her mobility. Hina then brought out a Den Den Mushi. Tashigi tried to firght, but Hina threatened her with her devil fruit power, and she was forced to allow her to attach it. Captain Smoker. Please, save me. As the Den Den Mushi settled on her ear, she immediately gbegan hearing voices.

Hina attached a pair of cuffs with wire running from them, one on each arm, just below the shoulder. From one hung a large metal key shaped like the Navy’s insignia, while the other was attached to a white and blue sheath with her sword in it.  Hina passed it into her hands. She tried to use it, but she couldn’t even think about it without becoming nauseous. Hina stepped out of the room with a smile.
‘Walk out of the room carefully. Hina knows how clumsy you can be.” Tashigi walked forward with slow, measured steps to keep from falling. Hina then stepped forward with a thick metal collar with BRIG engraved on it. Finally=, she picked up a small white pad and pressed it against Tashigi’s check, pulling it away after a minute to reveal the Navy insignia on her skin in blue. “There. Brig system, owned by Marine HQ, with the official Navy seal. Your job is very simple. All you have to do is guard the brig, and make sure that no one escapes. I’m sure you have the skills needed to take care of any prisoners or invaders, so Hina leaves it in your capable hands.  And also, you will always addres me as Lovely Captain Hina.”
“Yes lovely Captain Hina.”
Not long after night fell, Nami and Nico were brought down and locked in the brig for the night. “For safe keeping.” Tashigi tried to talk to them, but every time she tried, her head hurt, and she lost her train of thought. She tried to stay awake as long as she could, but the constant bursts of pain from the noise tired her out, and she ended up falling asleep. The next morning, she didn’t hesitate to take orders from her fellow crew members, and after releasing Nami and Nico, was forced to spend most of the day attempting to train her thoughts to avoid the bursts of sound from hurting her. On the third day, her mind was preoccupied with figuring out how best to fight given her position. On the fifth day, she gave up all thoughts of escaping and devoted all her thoughts to serving the Navy as well as she possibly could. On the seventh day, she awoke as the proud property of Marine headquarters
