Description
Vivi awoke in a dark place. The first thing she noticed was that her head was pounding. The second thing she noticed was that she was naked.  She tried to remember how she had gotten where she was. The last thing that she remembered was riding on Carue, and being thrown from his back when he stopped suddenly for some reason.  Voices talking outside caught her attention.
“Has the prisoner awakened yet?”
“Yes, Lovely Captain Hina. She awoke exactly 5 minutes and 34 seconds ago.”
“very good. Hina will see her now.’
“Yes Lovely Captain Hina.”
There was the sound of a key entering a lock, and the door swung inwards, causing Vivi to scurry out of its path. Weak light entered the room, but after the absolute darkness of her cell, it blinded her for a moment as her eyes adjusted to the light.
Standing in the doorway was a tall thin woman wearing a well-cut outfit with blond pink hair. She stepped into the room carrying a bundle in one hand,, and began speaking.
“Nefertari Vivi. Hina has heard a lot about you. Former agent of Baroque Works for two years, and later an associate of the Straw Hat pirates. Such a naughty girl. You’ve angered quite a lot of people, including several members of the World Government, who gave Hina special orders to capture you. You will be working under Hina from now on. “
“But this is crazy! You could cause a war by doing this! Don’t you understand?”
“That is not Hina’s concern. Hina is following the orders given to her by the World Government. They have planned for this, Hina is sure of that. Hina’s ship is currently sailing for the Grand Line as she was ordered to. You have two choices: Join Hina’s crew, or be thrown overboard.
Vivi bit her lip. “Alright then, I’ll join. Just give me some clothes already!”
Hina laughed and threw her the bundle she had been holding. “Hina is happy to hear that. You are a cute girl. Hina would have hated to have thrown you overboard.”
Vivi ignored her and looked at the outfit she had been given to wear.
The body was white latex, with the Navy insignia on the chest with writing underneath it reading ‘Owned By MARINE HQ‘, as well as the word ‘RADIO’ on the left thigh, all of it in blue. It reached from her upper thighs to around her neck, leaving the shoulders bear. Vivi struggled with it until Hina came over and helped pull it up her body, where it clung to her tightly. The shoes were short white platform shoes with blue navy emblems on each one, with long see through blue leggings. She got them on without too much trouble, wincing a bit as she let them go with a snap. After that were arm-length gloves made of the same material, with white bands around their openings. They were smooth against her skin, and slid on easily. Hina then pulled out a den den mushi and set it on Vivi’s ear. AS soon as it was in place, it began whispering in her ear.
Obey the orders of the crew.
Obey orders and serve the Navy faithfully and to the full extent of your abilities.
Orders and system function should always be number one priority in mind.
Do not lie, cheat, steal, or attempt to withhold, alter, or misinterpret information.
Always act in the best interests of the Navy.

“What is thi—ah!” As soon as Vivi started speaking, the snail phone gave out a piercing sound, causing her to flinch with pain.
“Hina will explain. These den den mushi will watch you constantly. If you disobey an order, or break one of the snail’s rules, it will punish you. Now put your legs together and your arms at your sides.”
Vivi was forced to comply as Hina then proceeded to use her devil fruit power on her, leaving Vivi stunned.  Hina first passed her hand through Vivi’s ankles, forcing them together. Before she could recover, Hina then swiped her arm through Vivi’s bare upper legs, completely binding  them and leaving her unable to walk and barely able to stand. Hina then passed her arm under Vivi’s breasts, creating a thick metal band that bound her upper arms to her body, as well as supporting her breasts. Hina then ceased her assault and lifted a clear blue mask attached to the neck of the outfit and pulled it up over Vivi’s face, covering her nose and mouth, holding it in place with a collar she created by passing her hand through Vivi’s neck. With Vivi completely bound, Hina turned around and reached down to pick up another metal ring, except that this one had a shallow metal bowl on one side. Opening it, Hina looped it around Vivi’s waist at an angle and locked it into place. Almost done, Hina took out a small white pad and pressed against Vivi’s cheek, pulling it away to reveal a blue Navy insignia. Hina stepped back and checked her work. “Very good. Starting tomorrow, you are Hina’s new radio system. Also, from now on you shall always refer to Hina as Lovely Captain Hina. Understood?”
Vivi bit her lip again. The mask didn’t restrict her breathing, though it did muffle her voice as she said “Yes, Lovely Captain Hina.”
“Very good. Now you will spend the night here with Hina’s other equipment. Sleep well. You have a full day tomorrow working for Hina.” With that, Hina walked out of the brig, closing the door behind her. Several minutes later the door opened again, and in walked the last people Vivi was expecting.
“Nami?” she exclaimed, wincing at the pain from the snail’s sound. It was Nami and Nico Robin, both of them in white outfits. Looking past them, Vivi recognized the female marine from Arabasta in a white outfit of her own, guarding the door. What frightened her most was the fact that neither Nami nor Nico even so much as looked at her.  They just walked in, sat down with their backs against the wall, and within moments were sound asleep. They did something to them. And I’m next..  She lay awake for a long time; but she eventually gave in to fatigue and fell asleep.
She woke up at the sound of the door opening, and saw that Nami and Nico were already standing.  Hina walked into the room with Fullbody behind her. Hina issued some orders, and name and Nico left to take up their posts. Meanwhile, Fullbody picked up Vivi and carried her to a cabin above deck, where Hina took over. She pulled out several den den mushi and stuck them all over Vivi; One on each shoulder, one in the cup on her belt, one on her unadorned ear, and finally ending by putting one in her hand. “You are a radio. Your job is easy. You send signals, you receive signals, and you make sure that everyone talks to whoever they need to. Do a good job, or else.” So Vivi did the best that she could, becoming confused with so many people asking for things at once that she got mixed up multiple times, and suffered a blast of sound each time. Throughout the whole day though, she never thought of escaping, or of trying to call for help. And she never dreamed of lying .The next day she awoke with a feeling of love for her uniform. She loved the feeling of her outfit rubbing against her body, and loved how her breasts felt touching her ring. She liked being bound together without anything to worry about. And when she woke up the next morning, her mind was completely empty, and she loved the voices at her ear that did all her thinking for her.
