Ah, that was actually done to her on set with make up. But it's easily done with curves and a careful silhouette as well.

Ah, Build designed that for the photographer Tim Saccenti as a series of promo post cards. he also designed his website and they often collaboate on projects together. I've met Build at the ON/OFF show in Brooklyn NYC, with Tim. Very cool guy. He had nothing to do with the creation of that image however.
