So I've been working on a FNAF cosplay of Springtrap. Thanks to who is my mom, we got an arm done already...for the most part, this arm is more like 80% done (needing exposed wiring, more staining, and blood speckles)ΒMaterials used:
Foam, Minky, brown paint, metal wire, black paint, hot glue, spray adhesive, silver long gloves, purple dress shirt
I will be posting more cosplay sets later, so far this is what we have done. Currently working on the other arm and legs.
I'm waiting for my head base to come in.

hehe, yeah I still need the second stain on it, the wiring that pokes out of it and recently I finished damaging that purple shirt that goes under the suite

Cool, may I suggest getting either under armor or nike dry fit (summer version of either) to help keep dry/cool. Should be able to get either in solid black. Other wise that's going to get real warm real quick.

What I plan on doing is putting fans in the suite (mainly the head and chest) I really don't want to wear too much under the suite because I'm still going as Purple Guy under the suite, but it's a good idea to think about

They might have some in purple lol (Dash uses purple, I use white) ---- Fans, yes, that is an excellent way to go

Couple things to consider then.
-spotters are great, helping move through crowds, directing photos (such as were to look, assuming limited viability) they also can help with elevators, doors, water etc.
- the biggest issue I find with suits is children, they have an amazing ability to find the blind spot directly down/infront of you. So if you've stood anywhere for a bit. Take your first step forward a little slow, chances are you might find someone smaller standing there. Not sure you'll have this issue - fluffy pony vs astronomic terror.
- HAVE FUN!! scare people, be the character. Guessing you've done this part at other cons - but with a suit take a moment to look in the mirror before you head out it - it messes with your mind lol.

I still haven't decided if I was going to look through the base of the eyes of the head or through the mouth and have metal coming out of my face like spring locks, I could do both...now that I think about it, I think I'll do both
