They did toss out a number of excellent female models of late, but only human-sized, and Daemon Princes are almost twice as big.

Probably hard to justify making one since I don't think there's ever been a mention of one anywhere in the fluff. They should be able to exist.
Chaos isn't sexist. Valkia the Bloody in Age of Sigmar comes to mind. But that's a totally different universe.

There's also Marakarr Blood-sky, girls from God-sworn Hunt and as for 40k, I also assembled some nice cultist girls from the Escalation expansion for Blackstone Fortress.
