My very first tutorial for ms-paint..Hopefully this will help at least someone.
The picture is rather big, but please take your time looking at it.
Water is hard and was for me too, but I came up with a style to make water and it looks rather nice.
I'd also love to see pictures which have this style used on them. Tell me if you have.

This was very helpful, thank you. Although, I suggest using the spray paint tool instead, but then again, I'm not very good at MS Paint.

For some extra tips, use a brighter color for bright, sunny things. ^^
