i read somewhere that the multiplayer characters will be in the single player part but there was no info on what they will be doing. hopefully u can fight them as Ezio~!

I'm hoping you get to play against the different assassins they have in the game.
I was so happy to learn you get to play Ezio and they're not bringing some new main charrie into the mix now, I wish the multiplayer could be two people in the same household (same console, I have a sister) but the online still looks interesting. I know they have eight playable charries but you get a special guy if you pre-order (though, i'm sure some cheat site will have the code or what not pretty quickly) And I like the fact you are continuing off Ezio's life. Anywho, enough ranting and raving to you xD
