I don't know if the multi-player characters get to fight with Ezio, but if they do Ezio might surrender himself to the Courtesan quite quickly

I don't know if you've been told since you posted this (it has been a while) but all the multiplayer characters from ACB met Ezio, either during ACB or in Project Legacy. But I think the Courtesan actually defected to join him, if memory serves.
