I don't know if the multi-player characters get to fight with Ezio, but if they do Ezio might surrender himself to the Courtesan quite quickly

no. the characters are the banker, hunter, excrutionare, courtesan, doctor, and preist. Unfortunatley you can't play ezio on multiplayer.
