Well, the people that I draw regularly and for free are my friends. I've known them since the early days of YouTube, and they're the ones who appear as characters in Teh Stream comic, game, etc.
A drawing like this is a commission. People pay to have their characters or likenesses drawn by me, to be used as avatars or whatever else they'd like to use it for.
