He is his twin! He's very sweet, and in the original story his duty was to guard Estoc and make sure he didnt walk into anything or slip and fall or come to any harm while the Unseelie stayed in the palace. You do see Alecto helping Estoc in Two Kings, but only very briefly. He's also shown in the last chapter of GatF :3Β
