Vision: The angle makes me feel as though it was found and snapped briefly and edited extensively. Perhaps a more intense approach would give it the dramatic appeal the title suggests.
Originality: The shot as a whole, yes, but I don't feel that the concept is very original.
Technique: This I do enjoy. The over-all photo is impressive and wonderful to look at. The greens and the reds in the brown bark bring out great contrast.
Impact: The impact suffered. The total composition of this image does not leave it in my mind. Perhaps it is the upward slope of the tree... Anyhow, as beautiful and detailed as the moss is, the framing and edges of this photo bleed. Perhaps a frame would do some justice. try that out.
Don't get me wrong, I love the image. And that's why I stopped by, and that is why we're here, is it not? Let me know what you think. Cheers!

I definetly don`t get you wrong, but thank you for your sincere opinion and advice. Actually, this is the purpose of requesting critiques, especially because I`m a beginner in doing this so I`m glad you are sharing all those thoughts.
Taking into account the fact that my camera is limited, i couldn`t get it much closer than this, so this is the best i could get.
Editing? Hmm...just adjusting a little bit the contrast and adding some colour to improve the aspect.
I`ll try framing it
