A continuation of a previous strip , the Destiny Academy Student Council is waiting on the last member to appear.

The Student Council of Destiny Academy deals with the issues put forward by all students of the Academy. Technically, it also deals with staff issues too but all Academy staff members are also students apart from The Principal himself.
The Council only has five members despite the huge student body:
The Principal of Destiny Academy is the only staff member of the Academy who is not also a student and isn't even a teacher. As the only male member of the Student Council, The Principal represents the similarly vastly outnumbered male student body as well as the staff body. More information about The Principal will be revealed in the future.
The Three Empresses refers to the three permanent student members of the Student Council. They were so called due their unrivalled power over Academy affairs rather than their popularity. The reason for their permanent positions is due to the massive number of students. A large and incredibly varied student body leads to highly volatile democracy as the smaller subsets of students will legitimately feel they are not being represented. By choosing The Three Empresses, The Principal hoped to represent the entire student body.
Suzumiya Haruhi is a literal omnipotent (all-powerful) goddess who is aware of her powers, though she chooses not to be omniscient (all-knowing) for her own amusement. She represents deities, supernaturals, paranormals, aliens and others.
Hatsune Miku is an intelligent android who specialises in the musical arts. She represents all scientists, artists, non-organics, military personnel and others.
Hakurei Reimu is a powerful shrine maiden who is an expert in using divine powers. She represents all magicians, users of similar powers, magical beings, beings of similar origins and others.
The Patriot is the final member of the Student Council and is the only non-permanent position. A very large proportion of the student body are ordinary humans with no special powers. Unlike the smaller relatively divided subsets of students, this group is capable of peacefully agreeing to a single leader who will represent them for an entire academic year. By job description, Patriots deal solely with the concerns of ordinary humans but they tend to consider humanoids as a whole. Former Patriots are welcome to attend future Student Council meetings and contribute but this rarely happens. Patriots, as normal humans, tend to struggle under the pressure of managing a massive number of students so there has been calls for having two Patriots on the Council.

Haruhi has no guilt in throwing Reimu in the dumpster and Kagami isn't amused. The Principal, however, has seen it all before.

DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME: Punctuality is very important for meetings, otherwise others' opinions of you will fall. General cleanliness is always recommended. Not being on fire also helps.
