I have bad titles fo sho. But it was either this or "I made a promise." This took like 15 hours but probably half that time was procrastinating or playing GB.After many decisions and revisions which a minute will reverse, there's still stuff that's wrong.
-right foreleg looks stupid
-failure at lighting
-mane and tail look out of place

EDIT: Yay I editted the funky leg a little. I think it looks kinda better. Too lazy to fix the tail though. Dx

Oooh Bunni that's awesome! Seems you've been practicing a lot with painting, looks really good! Do you use PS 7.0? 'Cause I can't figure out how to paint good on there

Wait. I assume that 7 is pretty much the same as CS2. I think so, I used the one at school and it looked exactly the same so I don't think the basic stuff would be different.

I think it's pretty good actually. You've done a very nice job with the textures. The clouds are very nice, as are the tiny feathers from the horse's back. 
The tail could move a little back, it seems to be standing almost straight up at the moment, which isn't natural for the wind movement that's in the mane. But that depends on the horse's position; if it just jumped into the water, I can see why the tail would be standing up like that. I can see what you were trying to do anyhow.
The right foreleg does look a little strange, but not in an irreparable way. You've got the horse's anatomy almost perfect, it's just that the upper part of the right leg looks short because the viewer can't see it. You may be able to fix that by changing the leg so the upper part moves up instead of down, or you could make it bigger... I'm not sure. 
As for the lighting, you seem to have established a light source and stayed with it for most of the picture. Outside lighting over water is difficult, but I think you've done well. I don't see why you've "failed", but I'm sure you'll be able to keep track of it in the future.
And you've done a terrific job with the pose.
