Edit 3: Since this is still one of my most popular deviations, I've seen it pop up in places like Wattpad and what appears to be some Russian Creepypasta blogs with no link to credit me, so I've tried to put a more noticeable watermark on it without "ruining" the image.

Yay, finished! This drawing let me practice on a lot of things- The glitch effect, drawing and coloring chains, bubbles, and overhead lighting, as well as (trying to) make things look like they're actually underwater instead of looking like they're standing in front of a tank.

The legs look kind of awkward though. As always.

EDIT: Thanks to this awesome tutorial, I've learned how make an improved glitch effect.

SECOND EDIT: Yaaay, underwater look is now complete. Kinda. (I made him a little greener.)
