This is my progress so far on my Asian dragon. I used foam over a homemade balaclava, after I shaped the foam and glued it on how I wanted, after that as you can see I covered it in green and blue duc-tape to make the pattern to cut out my fleece pieces... I would use fur but I CANT AFFORD IT! and no one in my area sells good faux fur. The last picture is all of my green fleece sewed on except for part of the nose. This is VERY unfinished.... kinda looks like a weird green deer at this point.. LOL. See the reference art for this project here [link]Note: the eyes aren't set yet, i just plopped them on cause it looks better in the pictures. And he will have eyelids later.

Looks fantastic.
Any tips on using fleece? I'm going a fursuit head with fleece to. I had a similar problem. XD

Hahaha, I was looking very forward to seeing this character made into a fursuit, but I never knew you worked that fast! (Personally, I think it's fast just because I don't work fast at anything except games).

It looks great so far, there aren't enough eastern dragon fursuits D: I think it would've looked weird if you used fur, fleece was a good choice.

It's hard to find good tutorials. Usually it just takes good old fashioned trial and error to make them.
