OMFG this actually turned out nice
I didn't think it would when I looked at the sketch. I used a variety of colors to shade. Tan for the warm colors, then purple for the purple part of the outfit and green for the gems and red for the hair all on multiply, then I added some streaks by just flicking my tablet with pressure sensitivity effecting the size and opacity which gave that nice highlight effect from the hair. She's supposed to be doing the bring it on pose, kinda like her abillity in combat that makes enemies more likely to attack her.My fave character from BOF 2, Katt. She's the second fave of all the playable characters besides Nina, Blue and Ryu. She has awesome offense but lousy defence, though her shaman form kicks ass, and that's an understatement.

She look really fierce and more beastly then in the picture you linked at the sketch, pretty nice
The attempt at coloured lineart looks succsesful aswell as the boots/gloves folds, not to mention the shading colours. You did a good job on showing it's made from different material.
However I see some notable flaws in the anatomy. I would like to point out that the position of her legs seem a bit awkward/uncomfortable, it would look better if atleast 1 leg would be facing forward. Another thing is her upper torso seem a bit disfigured, most likely due to the chest shape(I'm not sure how to describe it, but the bottom part should look more round?). A visible collarbone would also be a good addition.
Lastly the hair on her, it looks amazing and you can easely tell it apart from fur. Speaking of fur, it would be nice if you would shade the furry parts the same way you did her tail tip.
