I was pretty surprised when I managed to draw one of my favorite childhood heroes that I thought I would have a really hard time drawing. I'll admit, his head wasn't easy. I had to constantly erase his brows, nose and eyelids to get them right and I had to use a little reference for that part.

but yep, its official, I'm addicted to the Mask animated series. as a kid I loved the show but I never laughed at the jokes, but then again I was too young to understand much english back then or didn't have enough attention to follow the dialogue, or a combination of the both now I watch this show around 17 years later and I laugh my ass off at the jokes and just get enveloped in the nostalgia.

If there was any hero movie out there that really whet my appetite for appeal, it certainly was this show. It made all those old version cartoons of spider-man and all that seem lackluster and kinda following a cliche rail plot with stopping bad guys and facing challenges and blah blah blah, whereas the mask sometimes screws around and even gives the good guys a wedgie and teases the bad guys, but hey, you gotta love Jim Carrey for his epic acting skills.
