i'm not that far in PS to make a deep connection like you might be thinking, I simply added it cus i didn't want to use the skull i usally draw my self with ^^

Not really, but I'd just consider them as part of the general "headwear" class. So it still would "work" for one of Stitch's dolls, if that's what you mean (is still representative of his heart/soul).
