I cooked this up at work after an online debate about rights; who has them, who doesn't, and how or when they can be gained, lost, or transferred. I got to thinking, "What are the most basic, essential precepts for a just society?"

I want to try an experiment with this. I invite all of DA to (civilly) see if they can dismantle this; find something I'm lacking that can't be overlooked, or something I have here that can't hold water. I want to see how well my theory of justice stands up to debate.
