Just a scene between Balto and Jenna. I'll leave it up to y'alls imaginations of what's going on here. 
There was no story in mind when I drew it.

Well, seeing as how we never see any of them after the second movie (other than Kodi), it's difficult to tell. Aleu had lived with him and Kodi had sought him out for assistance in his dream of being lead dog. The other pups aren't even mentioned by anyone other than a small comment made by Aleu during her argument with Balto when she finds out she is part wolf. For all we know they may not even live in Nome, after all, their owners do not understand that they may want to stay in Nome, and they move to other places in Alaska and beyond. But I'd think that if they lived in Nome just like Kodi does, theoretically speaking, I think Balto would treat his pups just like he does Kodi and Aleu, with care and understanding, but not hold them back from whatever they want to do, even if it is something he doesn't approve of.

if you were in charge, what would you make the other pups like? two others were named; saba and dingo

Well, I'd start by making their designs more creative. But then again I like diversity, and this is a kids movie we're talking about. But for personality, maybe a range of different ones, make each undergo discoveries of what it's like to not know that they are part wolf and to be talked about behind their backs, but not go through mental trauma. Just something to make the pups experience the reality of being different, but not exactly knowing it. Maybe not all of them are sled dogs like Kodi, so maybe we could look into the lives of those siblings who live their life as normal house pets, lapdogs basically.
There's a lot of ideas for these guys, and it's all about reality and what you may expect or not expect from certain characters.

there was one oc i saw of the aleu twin where he embraced his wolf heritage and didn't like dogs much, which i find interesting

Well, I wanted to try something that I usually don't do, which is the character's face turned away from the viewer at an angle I'm not quite used to. This was just some practice.
