Well, I came into this review planning to gush, but I see that you prefer advanced critiques...so let's see...
The composition is eye-catching, but the wings (though BEAUTIFULLY executed) throw off a well-defined triangle created by the black feathers. When a triangle is used as a theme in a picture (the Mona Lisa, for example), every feature, including background and appendages, should accentuate its geometry. Is that it? And who the f--- am I to talk?? I'd kill to be able to draw this. You're fourteen? Damn. fave+
