Perhaps Bowser could promote a "tickle lotion", which you apply on somebody's feet and it makes them 25% more ticklish. Then we'd see Baby Bowser in stocks and a single feather is enough to amke him cry in laughter. x3

Oh, I just got another idea: a pikachu is held down by stocks and brushes are going everywhere on his soles and in between his toes. The thing is ... if he can withstand a fixed amount of hours of nonstop tickling on his feet, his trainer will let him evolve with a thunderstone.
