Kazi did advise Popo that it was probably best to return the slime friends back to their watery home. He shuffled over to the sea, gently slapping against his hooves, buried his nose the in the water and gave a good shake and a goodbye to the slime friends. Popo turned his head, wondering which friend this could possibly be!? All of the friends he ever knew away from his mountain home were right on this beach. But the paper friend insisted there was yet another friend down under the overturned boat friend.
Popo nuzzled the plank that trembled in fear under Popo's mighty hooves. He nosed it towards Kazi, giving him a pleasant eye! He tapped a hoof on the plank about splintering it by accident. Kazi could use it as a boat! So he didn't have to hang out with the slime friends! With Kazi aboard, Popo nosed the plank onward to the sea! Poor Kazi had to find his sea legs fast from the might shove out to open water! Behind him, Popo chugged along like a tug boat, nosing Kazi's plank forward again when he caught up. Popo was honestly much happier in the cooling waters than the blazing sun and sand.
Near the boat, Popo chomped the plank of wood to slow Kazi to a halt. He poked his head under the waters t survey the area below.
Hentai jerked their head up, eye to eye with...a cloud of...Popo?
Popo whinnied under water, blowing bubbles and had to poke his head above water before he drowned himself. He gathered his breath and dove under the surface, paddling away to go greet the new friend! Kazi knelt down, trying to get a look to what Popo had seen. He could at least keep track of Popo from the mass of hair on the water's surface...
Down, Popo swam to greet bubble friend! It appeared a box of sorts had fallen on their tail and kept them in place! Popo nosed the box to the side, freeing bubble friend. But bubble friend didn't want to leave their box behind either! No problem! Popo jabbed his horn through the box and they could both swim back to the surface where they nearly scared Kazi half to death popping up behind him! He nearly had to join the slime friends!
