I know, I know it's a bit early to show some outside villians....BUT honestly it's something I had for a while and just one case of the DrawVerse's unique ideas, that while it does have it's grand battles, it does in a way focuses on more...lesser developed character, both heroes and villians as well as more mainstream ones, regardless of canon or not, and frankly Kesserling, that old fart from the controversy that is Punisher kills the marvel universe is one such cases....albeit no, he's not building up to what Ennis THINKS could be a major villain, even if Kesserling did have a point(he dosen't) Kesserling is still Kesserling in the DrawVerse, albeit unlike say the GuardianVerse or the original story, Kesserling did recruited the punisher, but despite his own flaws, DrawVerse!Frank refuses on the fact well...he's old per say, that Kesserling isn't a FULL-ON idiot(well more so a Redmond or Blutarch than Gray Mann) so while he can't get the punisher, he might as well hired other "cape killers"....or being a full-on idiot and strike a deal....with a Lovecraftian version of Mary Shelley to power a "Respawn Machine", again he might been clever and charming to recruit others....but he's still a old senile idiot at best, again the DrawVerse does not run in Ennis logic folks...so any plan he has to "save the world" especially with ONE certain plan isn't going to fly as far as he can walk without his cane.

Bascially Kesserling on a bad day(especially by some of his employees which he "recruited"
Kesserling: If I can't hired the punisher...then I'll just make a deal with the devil to get rid of those superhuman freaks...what can possibly go wrong?
