Editor/Creator's note: Most of these were more or less at the top of my head, and there were many, many alternate choices to bring up before part one, and some may seem like "double standards" for reformed villians down the line, but it's the best I can think of.

Row 1:
Star/Ripley Ryan(Marvel)-Even if she did got better in the comics, I think she would fit better as Carol Danver's newest evil counterpart(or supergirl if I want to go that far) especially I see her as well....one side of the Irredeemable Plutonian(future idea)
Iago(Fire Emblem Fates)-Aside from his greaserat look, he's still the ambitious powerhungry mage that gives Nohr a bad name...even though there were fanfic in which he's "reformed"(Conquest wise), its best to keep him a villian down the line(that or using Hans based on another fanfic, one more infamous than one thinks)

*Yeah this seems the more....out of place and biased choice of them all...b/c hot take: Her redemption at Fear Itself....kind of falls flat and doesn't make much sense when you consider in issue one of "Fear itself: Home Front"....she SLAPPED Robbie Baldwin...in front of other Marvel Civilians/Relatives to the victims at Stamford...sure it's reasonable since he was in disguise, but making a crowd try to beat him after you slapped him? Yeah hate to break it to you, but that's not really the appropriate or senible thing to do, even though you did save him later, still wasn't a way to get readers to like you after civil war....even CBR pointed that out(and that's saying a lot): Civil War's Worst Victim Should Not Have Forgiven Marvel's Avengers (cbr.com) . It was this or Sally Floyd

**Even with the golden goblin persona(which tbh, could be given to Norman or a earth 3 counterpart), knowing what he did during Dark Reign isn't going to help saving him from redemption, or cleansed by Sin-eater. Next to Luthor of course.
***I mean let's be frank, their team is called "Terror Titans" not really the best team knowing their freudian excuses.
****Before you said "But wait a minute, where's Slice, urgh you left her out cause she's a girl!" well yes and no, just because I left Slice out dosen't mean I'm that picky or so....and then again I got punchline and Star so it's not like it's a sausagefest, also it could lead to more potential works if Slice was reformed.
