Peacock enjoys living the life of the legendary Robinhood. Stealing from the large, wealthy, merchant ships on their way from Pantala to Pyhhria and back, and giving seemingly all it away to the poor, is something that he takes pride in. However, unlike Robinhood, he wasn’t doing it with all good intentions. Being the hero made him famous. Being the hero made him loved by all. He did it for clout, adventure and riches.

While Peacock put on the facade of being a noble savior of poor dragons across the seas, he really pocketed a good portion of whatever he stole to support a life of luxury and travel whenever he wasn’t actively pirating. His crew was well paid, and paid even more to not speak of how much money Peacock gave them, as to keep his reputation squeaky clean. While he does this, he does acknowledge how messed up he is to himself, but simply doesn’t care. He is living the dream for himself.

Peacock will often take dangerous risks and bets he can’t win out of pride. It has gotten him into trouble many times before, sometimes nearly costing his life and his crew. This causes distrust for the crew whenever tricky situations arise, and the likely-hood that his own dragons would turn against him. The main thing that saves him from revolution is the pay, confidence, and his apparent luck to have gotten out of every wild predicament so far.
