Description
There's an episode of the 80's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon involving a one-time villain named the Globfather. Having read about said villain in a book by the guy who wrote the episode (but not having seen the episode or the character himself), I pictured him having a Batman Beyond-esque look like this.

And in case you're wondering, that book was How to Write for Animation by Jeffrey Scott. Great book, by the way.
