I just look at a bunch of references and hope the it well be recognizable in the end

I do the same thing I look at the drawing and just draw the character ^^ I also study the perspective and try to get the angles right. Then I just keep drawing the same thing over and over until I get it gets easy For MLP, most of the ponies look the same. So it isn't that hard XD I tried drawing a little more complex stuff, but I don't think it worked out too well That's why I like you drawings! You can draw complex sketches

Oh! That makes sense! Never tried it. I usually just look up the character on Google Images and just draw from there XD

yep it just one big archive Doc full of pic but choosing a reference from it to draw and have the motivation to draw it is a different story
