I'll admit, I never heard of this guy until the first X-men movie came out. He wasn't really a well known x-men villain at the time, but since that movie came out he's always included in anything involving the x-men. He's a literal scumbag with unusual powers, but the brotherhood of evil mutants feels empty without him. Every version I've seen of him have been very different so it was hard to find one to use as inspiration. So I used them all! Most newer versions give him the green skin and goggles so I added that. The shin guards and shorts were added to give him more protection and flexibility. I tried to stick to his original color scheme as close as I could. My whole approach to him was to make him look homemade, combat ready, and kind of scuzzy with the warts and greasy hair. He's the frog-like mutant member of the brotherhood, it's Toad!
