As a reason why to do this is a big number of cases (As much as I know personally for other people. I never had any trouble with spamming Scouts in my Medic career, more from Heavies themselves! Shame of you, landwhales!) in which Scouts were never healed by Medics or even being left to die by them. It makes me really cry and sad that those cases are even possible.
Medics, I really say to you, maybe Scouts are annoying, fast little pricks, but they`re your teammates as well, don`t neglect them! They also need to be healed, especially in an Arena match where each dead fighter is one less in the team.
Unless Scouts are being general trolls (and not just Scouts, any class that spams the E just to troll you all), then you can give them a taste of their own medicine.
