Description
FULL VIEW PLZZZZZhonestly this is my first actual fanart comic of Leonardo Da Vinci alone. It is for the contest entry for "Behind The Scenes" It took me all week to get it done. the first thing that came to mind when i read their journal about the new contest entry, was that i wanted to do a work about Leonardo. Aside from the main characters, i love Leonardo. He was always shining and he loves hugging. I had to do a Behind The Scenes for him. I decided to do the hidden gun. That was one of my favorite weapons in the game. I remember in the Book Assassin's Creed Renaissance, that Leonardo always served warm wine and stale cakesβso in this fanart Leonardo didn't want Ezio to know he had just enjoyed a fresh juicy watermelon and didn't bother to share with his good friend. turns out Leonardo had no idea that he had a watermelon seed stuck to his lip and ended up getting busted. XD
anyway I hope you like it
Leonardo and Ezio belong to Ubisoft

Leonardo Da Vinci invented the sniper rifle. Did you know that? No kidding, in the early 16th century Leonardo Effing Da Vinci was standing on the walls of his besieged hometown of Florence, Italy, firing down at enemy soldiers 300 yards away with a custom-built wheelock rifle he had fitted with a homemade telescopic sight designed to improve accuracy and range. Explains why he was so damm good with the Hidden Gun!!!
Go look it up, trust me, I read in in a book somewhere but try to look for it online if you want, just to see if you think I'm wrong!

Hehe I knew Leo would be a good shot. I wonder if he ever found the bullet in the watermelon.

that is a good question. He probably did since guns back then aren't as good as they are now.

Oh, Leonardo. We love his cluelessness. Great job on the comic! The gun really pissed me off, particularly because I had to wait to shoot ... and aim, too. I SUCK at that.
But it was still amusing. More ... flashier than a throwing knife.
Good luck in the contest!

Awesome! You don't see many comics in Visionary Assassins. You did a great job of capturing Leonardo making different poses, expressions and such.
His hands are kinda tiny in that bottom left frame, though.
Good luck in the contest. Oh and by the way, regarding the sixth panel... "Are you suggesting watermelons migrate?"

Thanks
after looking at it you're right. It appears they shrunk alittle after he fired the gun XDD

Ah. I actually thought you were implying an eagle had dropped the melon there. (Too much "Monty Python: Holy Grail," apparently.

It was hard work. Leo was kind of a pain to draw, but I had fun making it

Leo!
LOL!
The ending made me laugh. It's definitely something Leo would say. I can already see Ezio's face in response.
